Google needs to change their rating system so it goes up to 10 stars solely for Leah...She is just mind-blowingly incredible. Leah fell into our laps as she was the selling agent for our landlord, and helped find a buyer for the house we've been living in. We had hoped to be able to buy a home for many years but never thought being self-employed business owners would lend itself to us being able to actually buy our own place within Seattle, and Leah helped disabuse us of that way of thinking. The whole process of being first-time homeowners was long, but with Leah on our side it didn't matter - she was there as not only a businessperson trying to bring home her bacon but help us to find our own home where we could fry our bacon up in a pan! She is far and away beyond anything we could have hoped for - not only a realtor who went to bat for us when needed, but also an ADVOCATE for us and our unique situation. Leah (and her team) have been doing what she/they do for long enough that they're a well-oiled machine that is also a home-owning wikipedia/library full of knowledge. And for as big an undertaking as home buying is Leah made the whole process as understandable as humanly possible. Leah also has so many connections in case anything at your domicile needs help with or replacing - new floors? paint? roof? plumbing? - her mind and phone are the 21st century Rolodex of referrals waiting to help you out with anything that you may need to work on! I have already passed on her contact information to one friend who will be looking to buy in 2026-7, and will be referring more folks to her for years to come!
