Id give 6 stars if I could. Leah has helped me buy, and now sell real estate, as well. She's knowledgeable, motivated and always keeps her clients best interest at the center of decisions. And a nice bonus, each time I've worked with her I've learned a little bit more. Definitely recommend.

Leah was amazing in putting together and seeing through a complex contingent sale for us, representing us as both the buyer and the seller. It's hard to imagine a less experienced realtor pulling it off! Leah's wide network of connections helped us when it turned out we had some things that we needed to fix in order to sell our house. She always had an answer of who to go to, and even helped us with following up with contractors, which was a godsend as we were crazy busy with the move. During an exceptionally stressful time, we always felt we were in good hands with Leah. When you're making very expensive life decisions, feeling completely secure that your realtor has your back is priceless.

Leah Shultz is AWESOME to work with, she is very straight forward and honest about the entire process of selling a home. One month late from final closing but I was just looking up Leah and Meredith's info to pass along as a recommendation to a coworker, and realized I still needed to share online how awesome they both are. Every step of the way communication was kind, honest, and clear. They were 100% available for our needs through the whole process, and beyond. Besides being kind to work with Leah was absolutely a go to the ropes warrior on your side in the fight that is the Seattle housing market. We gained their contact info from a recommendation and working with them was the best decision we could have made in the hyper-competitive real estate market of Seattle. We are so happy in our new condo in Eastlake!

Leah Schulz is a consummate professional! I engaged her to list our home in Kirkland for sale in May. She took care of everything since I had already moved out of state. She coordinated all the vendors to get our house ready for market. Updated us regularly. She was tireless in helping us negotiate back and forth with prospective buyers and their agents. Leah is so much better than the average agent. She got our condo sold in a building that turned out to be only 20% owner-occupied with one owner controlling a third of the building. Another agent assumed it was a cash buyer. I said no, she got it financed. If you want something sold at an appropriate value, even if it's a difficult sale, look no further. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us over the last 20 years (one purchase and two sales).

Leah helped my wife and I buy our first home. We knew absolutely nothing about buying a home but Leah has expertise in every aspect of the process. The seller was being very difficult, imposing unrealistic closing times. Leah and her team closed on the house 14 business days after we made an offer. Incredible. Leah also recommended our mortgage broker, home inspector, home insurance agent, and we couldn’t be happier with them too. Leah and her team found us our dream house, it wasn’t even on our radar. We can't say enough about Leah and her exceptional service she provided us during our sale of a home in Seattle, WA. We live in New Jersey and were not able to travel. It was an extremely complicated process as we had a squatter to deal with. Leah went above and beyond to help us with connecting us with the appropriate people to legally remove the squatter and she subsequently prepared the home for sale. We had an offer within 2 weeks and closed 2 weeks after that! She was attentive, communicative, professional and a friend during the entire process. If you are really serious about buying a place, Leah will get what you are looking for. She is extremely professional and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Two realtors and one mortgage company blew us off when we wanted to buy property on San Juan Island. Leah was the only one who sat us down and looked at the numbers and showed us how we could. She gathered the facts and found us 3 houses to see within 5 days! We had a contingent offer in a few more days and we had 5 days to put our current house on the market. It was a stretch but we did and four days later we had an offer. This was a complicated transaction with many ups and downs. Leah handled every one like the pro that she is. At the beginning of September we got a notice our landlord wanted to sell the property we lived on when our lease was up after the first of the year. I was panicked. Agency One helped me out tremendously. When rent became to high in Seattle, I started looking for a small, fairly cheap condo to purchase. I am a retail worker, and by Seattle's standards I make WAY under the "average" salary. I called Agency One after a dear friend and her wife went through them to find a house.
